Topic: smartvillage Author: : smartvillage Published: 31. July 2019 Hei! smartvillage is going to Finland! Many Germans wouldn’t know about the finish town by the name of “Espoo” even though it was quite famous when NOKIA was leading the cellphone industry. But after just a few days we already knew: Espoo is the perfect place for a new smartvillage! Amidst international companies and aspiring startups lies smartvillage@HTCwaterfront — our newest branch. The modern HTC business campus offers over 500 square meters, which we can use to create a new business playground for workshops, coworking and all kinds of events. Together with MEAG (the Munich Ergo Asset Management GmbH) we will give the building called “HTC” a unique advantage with creative and flexible workshop spaces as well as with the much loved smartvillage culture. We are quite excited and looking forward to a thrilling project and a new kind of cooperation between the building’s owner and smartvillage. But Espoo did not just captivate us with a marvelous view over the cold waters of the eastern sea. A strategical position close to Finland’s capital Helsinki already convinced many well-known companies to open a branch there. And experts are sure: Espoo will become the finnish Silicon Valley over the next 10 years! The perfect place to live and develop our vision of new work and the new culture of work. The “sauna boats” which are taking you out in the waters where you can jump into the revigorating ocean helped us to consider… We are looking forward to meeting old and new friends Because we always cherished our network, we met and learned to love a lot of guests and “roommates”. We hope to meet some of these old friends again in Espoo, where we will greet them: Tervetuloa takaisin! You are invited! Wow! It’s happening. We are opening in Finland on the 29th of August. Do you want to be a part of this exciting story? Do you want to join us as a partner, roommate or in some other way? Then just write a mail to email@example.com. New friends are always welcome. Here in Munich and soon also in Espoo! Heipat!
